What does '3 device licences' mean?
Your licence allows the software to be activated on up to 3 devices simultaneously — desktop, laptop, or tablet. This covers typical field use cases where a Q-Store officer, CO, and field team member each need access. Additional device seats can be purchased at any time.
What does 'offline capable' mean exactly?
QStore IMS Standalone stores all data locally in your browser's encrypted storage. There is no server, no cloud dependency — it works with no internet connection at all, including in the field or at remote camp sites.
What's the difference between Standalone and IMS + Accounting?
Standalone is a single HTML file — open it in any browser and it works. IMS + Accounting adds a full accounting module with transactions, GST/BAS reporting, and bank reconciliation, plus more advanced IMS workflows. Both are offline-capable.
Can I upgrade from Standalone to IMS + Accounting?
Yes. Your subscription can be upgraded at any time with no data loss. Contact us and we'll manage the transition.
